Sale Coordination

Full Sale Coordination – 5% of Gross

Engaging auctioneer, announcing sale date in association publication, selection of sale cattle, catalog preparation and design, mailing catalog (postage excluded), advertising preparation and design, placing advertising (actual ad costs excluded), consultation in preparation of sale facilities and sale order, general promotion, working in sale box on sale day, clerking sale (handling receipts and disbursements and clerical work of transfer of registration certificates).

Partial Sale Coordination – 3% of Gross

Engaging auctioneer, announcing sale date in association publications, consultation in setting up sale facilities and preparing sale order, general promotion and working in box sale day. Plus two of the following:

A) Selection of sale cattle
B) Creation & placement of advertising (excludes actual ad costs)
C) Catalog preparation & design
D) Clerical work for mailing of catalogs (includes MAA mailing labels)
E) Clerical work for transfer of registration certificates
F) Two clerks – sale day

Assisted Coordination

1% of first $100,000, .5% of second $100,000, .25% of balance of Sale Gross or $750 minimum whichever is greater.

Services include general promotion of the sale and announcing the sale date in association publications. In addition, you may choose two of the following:

A) MAA Mailing Labels (one set)
B) One clerk – sale day
C) Sale day – ring service or teleconferencing management
D) Selection of sale cattle
E) Clerical work for mailing of catalog
F) Advertising design and consultation for placement
G) Advertising placement (excludes actual ad costs)

Or one of the following:

A) Clerical service for transfer of registration certificates
B) Clerical service for disbursement of funds and settlement of sale
C) Catalog design & preparation

Working in the block on sale day

.5% of sale gross, minimum of $500

Service includes opening the sale and reading pedigrees during the sale.
